There is perhaps no better known aircraft development unit than Lockheed's "Skunk Works" Advanced Development Company, founded by legendary airplane designer Kelly Johnson in 1943, the "Skunk Works" have spawned the P-80 Shooting Star, the SR-71 Blackbird, the U-2 spyplane, and the F-117 Stealth Fighter, among others.
   This print was commissioned by Lockheed's Advanced Development Projects Division to commemmorate the "Skunk Works" 50th Anniversary in July, 1993.

This print is signed by Tony Levier, Robert J. Gilliland, William C. Park, Harold C. Farley, Dave Ferguson, Ben R. Rich, and Sherman N. Mullin.
